NOTE:-1. Founder Members who register between 15 May - 15 June 2026

2. Sellers will receive an additional 0.5% discount on our fee = 2%. To receive the additional 0.5% (relocation fee) the seller must agree to use our conveyancing attorney. If the seller insists on using their own attorneys, the additional 0.5% discount will not apply and the usual 2.5% becomes applicable

3. The discount of 25% off CAF (Conveyancer Attorney Fees) and the transport allowance remains in place for Buyers after the 15 June 2026.

4. The Seller fee changes to 2.5% on the 16 June for all sellers who register from that date. FOUNDER MEMBER SELLERS who registered 15 May - 15 June, will always remain at 2% until their property is sold.

5. If you choose the human traditional approach as described in the video on the sellers page, the fee will be 3% as from 15 May 2026. We do not discount this option even if you register as a seller in the Founder month.
